Shawn has 25 years of finance and private credit experience.

He is a principal/founder at BridgePeak Energy Capital and serves as the company’s CEO.  At BridgePeak, Shawn is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company.

Prior to BridgePeak, Shawn was the founder and CEO of Windsor Advantage, a commercial loan servicing company with a focus on SBA and USDA loans. At Windsor, Shawn was responsible for closing and servicing more than $2 billion in government-guaranteed loans.

To focus exclusively on renewables, Shawn sold Windsor Advantage in 2018. First focusing on investing in the solar industry as a tax equity investor, he quickly used his USDA expertise to dive deeply into project-level debt solutions. This was followed by additional debt products including construction loans, development lines and corporate capital.

Prior to Windsor, Shawn was managing director and co-founder of an $800 million private credit fund.  Shawn began his career in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Originally intending to follow in his father’s footsteps as an FBI agent, Shawn graduated with highest honors from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM where he was a Presidential Scholar, student senator, and an officer in his fraternity.

He is active in the Southern 7 chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) including an international Sustainable Business Network Forum, a national Investing Forum, and as many YPO events as his schedule will allow.

David has 20 years of government lending and solar development experience.

He is a principal/founder at BridgePeak Energy Capital where he serves as the company’s President.  At BridgePeak, David leads loan origination efforts with a focus on facilities and loans that are eligible for USDA loan guarantee permanent financing in addition to development and corporate financing facilities.

Prior to BridgePeak, David worked as a Director of Project Finance at Cypress Creek Renewables (CCR) from 2015 to 2019, where he focused on raising permanent debt capital and managing lender relationships with a niche focus on the USDA guaranteed loan programs.  During his time at CCR David raised more than $500 million of permanent financing utilizing the USDA REAP and B&I programs across 100+ unique projects.   He raised an additional $50.0+ million in non-USDA debt.

Before joining CCR, David worked at USDA Rural Development from 2003 to 2015.  From 2007 to 2015 working as a Business Programs Specialist in the NC USDA office.  During his tenure, David processed approval of over $300 mm in REAP and B&I loan guarantee applications.

David holds both a bachelor’s in Economics and an MBA from East Carolina University where he played varsity baseball on an athletic scholarship. He is a committee member of the National Rural Lenders Association (NRLA).

Mac joined BridgePeak in 2021 and is responsible for modeling and underwriting credit opportunities, directing loan closings and managing sponsor relationships.

Prior to BridgePeak, Mac spent 2 years as a management consultant at KPMG where he worked with leading financial service companies across the banking and capital markets industries to support business and technological innovation.

Mac received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Claremont McKenna College in 2019 where he was a four-year varsity football athlete.

Joey joined BridgePeak in 2025 and manages intensive servicing and capital markets. He also supports underwriting, modeling, structuring, and closing, with a focus on credit evaluation and project analysis.

Prior to joining BridgePeak, Joey spent four years at Deloitte Consulting helping clients modernize processes, technology, and workforce capabilities across the finance organization.

He graduated with honors and a degree in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Nick joined BridgePeak in 2022 and is responsible for BridgePeak’s performance risk management and portfolio management services. Nick actively manages a renewable loan portfolio of USDA-guaranteed and conventional term loans, construction loans and development loans. Nick focuses on borrower reporting compliance, project-level financial and operational performance analysis, and quarterly portfolio-level risk analysis.

Nick received a dual bachelor’s degree in Economics and Public Policy from Claremont McKenna College in 2021 where he was a four-year varsity football athlete.

Ari supports the management of USDA-guaranteed and conventional term loans, construction loans and development loans. Ari focuses on reporting compliance and project-level financial analysis. Ari also supports BridgePeak’s servicing operations including payment processing, investor remittances, and compliance reporting.

Ari received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of San Diego in 2023.  Prior to joining BridgePeak, Ari worked as a Wealth Management Associate at Merril Lynch.

Eric supports the management of USDA-guaranteed and conventional term loans, construction loans and development loans. Eric focuses on draw management services on development lines and construction loans.  Eric’s responsibilities include collecting and validating reporting documentation and managing the funding process.

Eric received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach in 2023 and previously worked as a Banking Analyst at Axos Bank.

Wesley supports financial modeling, underwriting, credit structuring, closing, and loan syndication across all loan structures He focuses on borrower credit evaluation, project-level financial modeling, and ensuring efficient closing processes for successful loan executions.

Wesley earned his bachelor’s degree in Business and minor in Applied Mathematics from Boise State University in 2022 and his master’s degree in Finance from the University of San Diego in 2024. He began his career in renewable energy project finance shortly after completing his graduate studies.
